Hello, I’m Leslie Frazier (she/her), a psychotherapist in Portland, Maine. I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating depression, anxiety, and the deep sense of disconnection or stuckness that often stems from self-doubt. My approach helps you reconnect with your inner voice and begin to lead from a grounded, self-compassionate place. I offer a space that’s inclusive and affirming—one that honors your unique lived experience and meets you with curiosity, respect, and care.
My work is trauma-informed and grounded in attachment-based principles, with a strong emphasis on parts work (IFS). I also incorporate insights from relational-cultural theory and mind-body practices to support deeper connection, safety, and self-understanding. At the heart of my work is a belief that healing comes not from fixing, but from compassionately reconnecting with the parts of ourselves we’ve neglected.
About Me
Whether you’re navigating burnout, long-held patterns of people-pleasing, a harsh inner critic, or a recent turning point, therapy together is a space to rebuild your relationship with yourself or each other — gently, insightfully, and at your own pace to return to your own clarity, creativity, and self-leadership.
Out of the office, I can be found exploring music, cooking, discovering local culinary gems, getting lost in a good book, hunting interiors and design treasures, and taking sunny walks with my husband and our doodle pup.
